The Forest Grove Drive Reconstruction Project commenced in August 2022, encompassing the installation of public sanitary and storm sewer mains, the complete overhaul of the road, and the establishment of trails along Forest Grove Drive, extending south of Competition Drive and adjacent to the TBK Bank Sports Complex.

OUR Conceptual Plan means a map and summary of the proposed development or land use, indicating the lands to be included, a brief description of the proposed Project, a timeline for the proposed Project, and any other information Applicant deems necessary to provide the Town with a general overview of the proposed Project. Conceptual site plans establish the general arrangement of uses of lots, the circulation system, and those areas of the site to be conserved.
